What happens between the day you send us a drawing and the day a crate is opened on site. Nothing here is hidden behind a sales call.

The whole journey

Eight stages, one workshop

Brief

A model code from our catalogue, your own drawing, or a reference image with a room size. Any of the three is enough to start.

Buildability

We check the piece against the steel, the bends and the finish, and tell you what we would change and why before anyone is quoted.

Quote

Per-piece pricing against your quantity and sizes, with a production window and the delivery city priced in — not added later.

Sample

A physical PVD finish sample and a fabrication drawing, so the client approves the real colour and the real dimensions.

Fabrication

304 stainless steel is laser-cut, bent on a five-axis press brake and hand-welded to the drawing, in our own workshop in Narela.

Finishing

Every weld ground and mirror-polished, then the colour bonded into the surface by physical vapour deposition.

Inspection

Each piece is checked against the drawing and the approved sample before it is packed. Repeat pieces are checked against each other.

Dispatch

Crated for road transport and sent to site anywhere in India, or to the port for export, with a delivery window you can plan a handover around.

What you send us

Three things make a quote accurate

A quote is only as good as the brief behind it. These are the three things that change a price.

The quantity. One console and twenty-four consoles are priced differently, and knowing a later phase is likely changes how we price the first one.

The date. When it has to be on site — not when you would like to order. Tell us and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.

The site. City and access. A lift restriction or a narrow stair changes how a large piece has to be packed, so it should be in the quote, not a surprise at delivery.

Questions about the process

Every piece is built from 304-grade stainless steel and finished with PVD coating, which bonds colour to the metal itself. The result resists scratches, tarnish and corrosion far better than plated or painted furniture, and keeps its shine for years.
Yes. Most designs are available with marble or toughened glass tops, and we can quote other stones or sizes on request. Send us the design name and your requirement and we will confirm feasibility and price.
Frames are stainless steel with a gold or rose gold PVD finish. Tops are natural marble or toughened glass, depending on the design.
Yes — the frame and PVD finish carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms are shared with your quotation.
Ready designs usually dispatch within 5-7 working days. Customised sizes or finishes take longer; we confirm the timeline when quoting.
Yes, we export. Share your city and country with your enquiry and we will quote freight separately.
Photograph the packaging and the piece before unpacking further, and contact us the same day. We arrange replacement or repair for transit damage.
Both. We are the manufacturer, so you can buy from us directly, through one of our dealers, or specify us on a project and have us invoice whoever is paying.
Yes. Nearly every design in the range is made to order, so the length, width and height can move to suit the space. Send the dimensions and we will tell you what is buildable.
Plating sits on top of the metal and wears through at the edges. PVD bonds the colour into the surface inside a vacuum chamber, which is why our gold and rose gold still look the same after a few years of use.
Anywhere in India, crated for site delivery, and we ship to export clients as well. Tell us the delivery city when you enquire so freight is quoted properly rather than added later.
Designs we hold ready typically dispatch in five to seven working days. Custom sizes and quantity orders depend on the piece and the number — tell us both and we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.
Because the same design changes price with its size, finish and table top, and quantity changes it again. Send the specification and you get a real number, not a starting-from figure.
